Booking Policy

- Group bookings (4+ people) require 72-hour notice

Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 50% of treatment cost
- No-shows: Full treatment charge applied

- Not responsible for personal belongings

Complaints Procedure
