Booking Policy

  1. Appointments:
    • Online bookings require valid payment details
    • Same-day appointments subject to availability
    • Group bookings (4+ people) require 72-hour notice

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 50% of treatment cost
  • No-shows: Full treatment charge applied
  • Package deals: Non-refundable once booked

Payment Terms

  • Gift cards valid for 12 months from purchase (non-refundable)

Health & Safety

  1. Client Responsibilities:

    • No alcohol or drug consumption permitted before treatments

Liability

  • Maximum liability limited to cost of services booked
  • Not responsible for personal belongings
  • All treatments performed by fully qualified professionals

Complaints Procedure

Any concerns should be raised immediately with management. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
